TO INQUIRE ABOUT BLOCK LESSONS AND RATES:

The BLOCK RATE option is an excellent way to pre-book regular lessons (every two weeks) at an attractive discount.
• TERMS for BOOKING BLOCKS •
LESSON BLOCKS must be PREPAID IN FULL no later than
TWO WEEKS BEFORE the FIRST LESSON of a BLOCK.
INSTRUCTOR IS RESERVING THIS SPECIFIC DAY AND TIME SLOT FOR THE STUDENT in lieu of accepting OTHER WORK.
TO RETAIN THE SLOT, LESSONS MUST BE TAUGHT
EXACTLY ACCORDING TO THE PREPAID SCHEDULE.
• SCHEDULING ADDITIONAL BLOCKS •
To continue reserving the LESSON SLOT in INSTRUCTOR's SCHEDULE,
a NEW BLOCK must begin:
1) within TWO WEEKS FOLLOWING THE LAST LESSON
of the PREVIOUS BLOCK, or
By mutual advance agreement between
STUDENT and INSTRUCTOR:
a BREAK of NO GREATER THAN THREE WEEKS BETWEEN BLOCKS is possible.

ONLINE INSTRUCTION: TWO OPTIONS
ONLINE LESSONS comprising a BLOCK can be either:
TWO-HOURS or 90 MINUTES in duration.

APPLIES TO BOTH IN-PERSON & ONLINE INSTRUCTION
• ALL LESSONS IN A BLOCK ARE SCHEDULED at ONCE,
NO LESS THAN TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF THE FIRST LESSON.
• A CONFIRMATION E MAIL AGREEMENT
is sent to STUDENT for CO-SIGN once full payment has been received for BLOCK.
Includes:
1) ALL LESSON DATES and TIMES, TOTAL COST.
2) STUDENT CONFIRMATION READING and UNDERSTANDING ALL TERMS and CONDITIONS stated on this page.
• LESSON SCHEDULE and MINIMUM FREQUENCY is
EVERY TWO WEEKS, SAME DAY OF THE WEEK AND TIME SLOT

• STUDENT OBLIGATIONS •
• It is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to adhere EXACTLY to the LESSON SCHEDULE of a BLOCK.
• Once a BLOCK DISCOUNT LESSON PACKAGE is PAID IN FULL and LESSONS HAVE BEGUN,
There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS for the balance of FEES PAID for the REMAINING LESSONS.

• RESCHEDULED LESSON
1) If a STUDENT needs to reschedule a BLOCK LESSON for
EXTENUATING PROFESSIONAL or PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES:
48-HOUR MINIMUM NOTICE from LESSON DATE & TIME
ONLY ONE RESCHEDULED (MAKE-UP) LESSON
is permitted per BLOCK.
2) RESCHEDULED LESSON MUST BE TAUGHT
DURING THE FOLLOWING WEEK (in between CANCELED LESSON and NEXT SCHEDULED LESSON in TWO WEEKS.
2) IF CANCELED LESSON IS NOT MADE UP DURING THE FOLLOWING WEEK,
THAT LESSON and its FEES are FORFEITED BY STUDENT.
3) If the FINAL LESSON of a BLOCK is CANCELED,
IT CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED.
4) MAXIMUM TIMEFRAME OF A BLOCK
WILL NOT EXCEED:
MORE THAN TWO WEEKS beyond the FINAL SCHEDULED LESSON OF THE BLOCK.
(due to STUDENT RESCHEDULING REQUEST)
IF INSTRUCTOR must RESCHEDULE A LESSON,
IT WILL NOT COUNT TOWARDS a BLOCK'S
maximum timeframe.
5) ANY LESSONS remaining to be taught beyond two-week extension period CANNOT BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE BLOCK.
