The BLOCK RATE option is an excellent way to pre-book regular lessons 
at an attractive discount.

IN-STUDIO INSTRUCTION

• TEN-HOUR PREPAID BLOCKS (five two-hour lessons) at a DISCOUNT of 15%

• EIGHT-HOUR PREPAID BLOCKS (four two-hour lessons) at a DISCOUNT of 10%

ONLINE INSTRUCTION

• NINE-HOUR PREPAID BLOCKS (six ninety-minute sessions) at a discount of 15%

BLOCK PREPAYMENT

PREPAYMENT IN FULL for a LESSON BLOCK 
is required 
NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE  
the FIRST LESSON of a BLOCK.

A student can arrange an INITIAL TRIAL LESSON at FULL RATE 
before deciding to book a BLOCK.

LESSON BLOCK SCHEDULING and TERMS

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
THEY APPLY TO BOTH IN-STUDIO AND ONLINE INSTRUCTION.

• ALL LESSONS IN A BLOCK ARE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE OF THE FIRST LESSON.

A CONFIRMATION E MAIL listing all lesson dates and times is sent to the student for them to REPLY AND AGREE WITH THE SCHEDULE and TERMS.

• LESSON SCHEDULE and MINIMUM FREQUENCY:

EVERY TWO WEEKS, SAME DAY OF THE WEEK AND TIME SLOT
Occasional exceptions are permitted due to other instructor work conflicts.

• It is the STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY to adhere to the SCHEDULE of a BLOCK.

• Once a BLOCK DISCOUNT LESSON PACKAGE is PAID IN FULL and 
LESSONS HAVE BEGUN, 

There are NO PARTIAL REFUNDS  for the balance of fees of the remaining lessons.

• RESCHEDULED LESSON: There is a 48-HOUR MINIMUM NOTICE for any lesson which the student needs to reschedule FOR EXTENUATING PROFESSIONAL or PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. 

ONE RESCHEDULED (MAKE-UP) LESSON is allowable per BLOCK. 

The RESCHEDULED LESSON IS MADE UP NO LATER THAN the

FOLLOWING WEEK'S DAY AND TIME SLOT, or that lesson is forfeited by student.
 

BLOCK TOTAL TIMEFRAME is not to exceed 
MORE THAN TWO WEEKS beyond the final scheduled 
lesson of the block. 

ANY LESSONS remaining to be taught beyond this two-week extension period cannot be carried over to into a future lesson block.
